When you say you don't put your stove over setting '4' to not ruin the nonstick pan, what is the scale on that? Is it 4 out of 5? 4 out of 10? Something else entirely?

The chia baked oats look so good. I will have to try it soon. I am still loving them as overnight oats especially since it’s so humid out. The burgers look delicious as well. Great video as always!
