    Yummmm!! Lovely recipes. You can find the recipe for the chia seed putting on her blog. 1/2 cup blueberries, 3 Tbsp oats, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 1/4 cup plant milk, 4 tbsp chia seeds 😀

    I love soy yogurt too. I used to make it in the instant pot. So far, I haven't tasted any nut based yogurts that were good. Is it the 365 brand pretzels you like?

    I have the Plant You planner and the blueberry oats are on it. For one serving: 1/4 cup blueberries, 1.5 tbsp oats, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 2/3 cup any plant milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds.

    Also you inspired me to make Nisha’s red lentil curry and I made it too the day your video aired haha so delicious!
