I love soy yogurt too. I used to make it in the instant pot. So far, I haven't tasted any nut based yogurts that were good. Is it the 365 brand pretzels you like?
Chia seed to liquid ratio:
3 Tbsp chia seeds for every cup (8 oz of liquid)
I have the Plant You planner and the blueberry oats are on it. For one serving: 1/4 cup blueberries, 1.5 tbsp oats, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 2/3 cup any plant milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds.

Try blending your chia seeds with the other ingredients. You won’t have that seedy ball feeling in you mouth.
