    I tried this a few minutes back after I watched the video and guess what..It turned out so well I was happy with the crunch and the crisp it had..Definitely worth it. I dont usually like mushrooms but after I tried it really got my attention..I would like to thank you for that.😄

    Really like the concept of what you used to fill the mushrooms with, very creative!
    I imagine with a bit of passata or tinned tomatoes added this would be great as a vegan bolognese sauce to put on spaghetti or any type of pasta.
    Would even be good on top of a baked potato. Thanks for the inspiration. 🙂
