    Recipe notes and tips:

If you want to do this in the oven; stick everything in a heatproof pot with a lid. I haven’t done this for the cacciatore, so I’ll have to make some guesses here, but if I do a pasta bake in the oven, I put it in for around 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F and that usually cooks the veg all the way through. Maybe allow for 45 miutes, just to be on the safe side. If you wanted to do it slow cooker style, do it for 4 hours at 90°C/195°F, or 8 hours at 80°C/170°F. Again, this is all guess work, but I’ll update this in the future if/when I try it out myself

That looks really awesome! I tried so many recipes and they are packed with flavor. I'm going to try this one as soon as I get the chance, I think I'm going to put some firm tofu in it as well.
And hopefully you get better soon and you feel better soon. I've had THE VID three times

Looks Delish! And chili flakes ABSOLUTELY clear the sinuses 😆. I’m getting over a wicked head cold myself and I’m going to cook this dish as my comfort food tomorrow!

You ever have those moments where you have to really dreg the recesses of your memory to figure out if you did a thing before? I just had to try and remember if i had bought a slow cooker or if it was a weird hunger dream. Turns out i do have one and the vegan seafood gumbo i ate probably wasnt a dream, lol! I’m not super familiar with the slow cooker, either, but now i have an interesting reason to drag it out again! What book are you reading, and are you enjoying it?
