made this tonight! very good. a few notes. 1. 6hrs was plenty of time in my case. 2. It was a bit spicy so at the 5 hr mark I added 2 chopped apples and 2 tsps of sugar. It took that spicy edge off. 3. Next time I'm going to add the Tofu at the 4 hr mark (w/6 hrs total cook time). I bought very firm Tofu but it still broke up (no chucks, more like shredded tofu). THANKS SO MUCH for this recipe!! Happy Slow Cooking everyone!
