I would like a paper cook book with a color photo of each completed recipe. I would like the font and print color to be easy to read and with easy to follow directions. I would like to have hints, tips and options also. Calorie density and/ or nutritional information would be an added plus. Dixie Sutton

I don’t care for ebooks. I don’t download them. A real book with full color pictures with every recipe let’s you eat with your eyes first. Makes me want to cook it.
Minced Mushrooms are an excellent substitute for lentils in Shepherd's Pie. I've done it that way for years. 😁
Regarding your cookbook, I find that a spiral-bound book is easily kept open while working on the recipes. Also, if the pages are coated to protect them from any splatters making them easily to wipe off would be helpful. I'm not sure if this would increase the sale of the book.
Love the content but not all the asides. We are busy people. I will make some of these recipes
