Hi Helen! thank you so much for the great recipe! I was wondering what the mushroom seasoning is and if it's something I can make because I can't find it in my local supermarket <3

Thank you Helen for sharing vegan pho recipe and how it's called in Vietnamese 🙂 I just realized that you are the lady who accompanied Sonny for one of his Vietnamese food review from Best Food Review Show 🙂

this is how u substitute pho to be vegan by using salt other people that use soy sauce to substitle fish sauce and call it pho isnt really pho cause the taste of soy sauce will disturb the real taste of pho. Therefore Helen did it the right way

My mom taught me chicken and beef pho, and I know that this vegetarian version is true and authentic!! Except for the meat the process and plating are basically the same <3

Those vegan meat slices. Are they flavored with something like teriyaki or sweet and hot, or are they just beef tasting dried slices?I am unable to get them where I live, but I can get teriyaki flavoured or spicy sweet hot. I'm sure they'll probably be fine, but I'd like to know if this will ruin the flavour of the pho. Thanks for sharing 😊
