My mother-in-law made a peach cobbler recently and it was so sweet that I almost couldn't eat it (but I did, lol). I am excited to try this recipe, it looks simple yet delicious!

Great recipe! Iโ€™m wondering about the proper way to measure dates. Do you press them into the cup or just place them in? Do you chop them before measuring? Thanks. I used15 dates for 1 1/2 cups. It smells very sweet! Can you use less? Thanks.

Adding a bit of vinegar is a good idea just for enhanced flavor. I owned a bakery some 30 years ago and kept local cardiologist in business. This cobler looks to me to be an outstanding substitute for the health destroying stuff I made. I gotta try this with blueberries though, Oh and then rhubarb.
