We agree- screw it! Stick to the vegan version of hamburger helper, people are so uptight sometimes lol. We love those beyond meat crumbles, absolutely delicious, but definitely kind of gross how close it is to real beef. LOVE that you can cook this all in one pot, turned out so good and looks incredible.

We’ve never heard of “ stock this way” but we would love to try it as it looks like it gives a great result! Hamburger help, we haven’t had this in the UK, it looks great and it was awesome to see how you make it! I love basil and cheese so this is perfect for me! My mouth was watering! Great video thanks for sharing! 🥰💚

Glad you kept the name, I agree – screw it! You call it whatever you want! My hubby loves hamburger helper so I may make this for him…looks so creamy and saucy! This looks like a perfectly hearty meal for these cool fall days. I love daiya too 😉

You must have the same "troll" that harasses me when I use any "meat" reference! Call it what it reminds people of, it lets people know what to expect but BETTER cuz it's VEGAN!!! I love the one-pot vegan version of something that reminds me of my childhood! 💚

You have so many episodes of delicious recipes and I love it! I really need to start making home made oat milk, feel like it would help when I make this recipe. I'm a fan of daiya cheese, not had shreds before though. Filling and yummy, yup I'm sold 😅

Such an awesome veganized recipe! I think using the name is great- your video will help anyone who wants to make Hamburger Helper in a vegan way! I haven't tried the Beyond crumbles, but I've heard great reviews about them. It's awesome there are more and more vegan substitutes popping up everyday 👍
