I find it interesting when you say "…this is why someone can not loose weight.." when actually studies show that what can prevent people from loosing weight is actually stigma from society, and that 'weight' does not define ones health – as long as you dont smoke, drink and move 12 hous pr weak and eat 600 g veg and fruit a day.
I think we need to get out of this "weight loss" culture, and really focus on the things that actually define a healthy body, which is not based on the weight on the scale or appearance of the body.
Loosing weight aka being in calorie deficit is not a healthy state for the body to be in either….

My motto or mantra has been “consistency”….”be consistent”….”stay consistent”. I’ve struggled to see the scale move yet I’ve felt that if people I know personally ate what I eat in a day, they’d lose weight. After watching some of your videos and Instastories I realize that consistency is my problem. I do really well then I might get a vegan donut on the weekend or I get into the habit of having banana nice cream (with cocoa and peanut butter) every night. So, when I was at Whole Foods today and wanted to get a donut I just thought “you need to be consistent”. I didn’t get the donut and I’m so glad I didn’t. NOW, I need to make this meal. Looks amazing. I appreciate how much you’ve upped the quality of your content lately. It shows.😊
