    Put the chickpea tuna salad on lettuce on bread, cover with lettuce then bread, to keep the moisture in the salad instead of the bread. Looks great Brian thank you!

    you can make a large baked potato in the Microwave if you stuff it inside a cloth oven mitt. been doing it for years. look it up people potato express! Same thing as an oven mitt!!
