Omg! Finally! Someone who likes peanutbutter and carrots! People think I'm weird for snacking on carrots and peanutbutter! I can't ever get anyone to try it, they all think its "disgusting ". Finally! Someone else who enjoys that snack! Sorry, I got a little excited about that! Lol

Your fridge is so aesthetically pleasing! 🥕🍽️🧘
I like to meal prep too as I enjoy cooking and find it therapeutic but don't want to cook every day/night, so once the day of meal prepping's done I can then take a break for up to a week before I need to cook from scratch again.
Plus it also saves on dishes as you don't have all the pots and pans each day, only the crockery that you serve it on and your cutlery, so overall it cuts down on your household chores as well! 🙂

This video reached me at a perfect time! I was just planning how to start meal prepping… I am a busy homeschooling mom and finding us on the go lately for Fall field trips and activities. So I really want to meal prep. And I follow your channel for your yummy recipes. So this was two for one 😃

I don’t meal prep as consistently as I would like. But meal prep saves me from making less healthy choices when I’m short on time during the work week and with extracurriculars!

Everything on this prep session looks delicious! I only have honey crisp apples on hand. Wonder if they would work. Also, wondering if I can sub the pecans for walnuts in the granola and snack balls 🤔

One of my husband and my biggest regrets is not getting our kids to be more adventurous eaters. We slowly acquiesced when they started getting picky and gravitating to a more homogenized and less healthy SAD.

Why? It makes it easy to make healthy choices. I don't always feel like cooking so having something healthy that just needs heating up is wonderful. Saves money, less lazy night take out. Saves food waste.

Hi Faith! I always watch your videos and I love to see what you are cooking up! I have just switched to a plant-based lifestyle this year, so I look for ideas about what to cook. Your meal prep ideas are really interesting . . . if I could ask for a little bit more – how do you use your items on a day-to-day basis? Like – how do you use the curry and lentil dishes you made in this video. (Just add cooked rice?)
Anyways, thanks for your inspiring channel!!

These videos are super helpful— my partner and I are both graduate students with jobs on the side so life is often too busy to make nutritious, vegan meals during the week. We starting meal prepping last year and it’s been a great change! We get to eat so much healthier and it saves so much money.

I love your videos….thank you! If I don't meal prep as a single person working 2 jobs (with the kid over on the weekend) the my default is box prepared frozen foods and/or eating out. Neither are ideal for me or my wallet. I am trying to undo this habit and get back to meal prepping. Thanks for helping with that! 😊

I’ve never tried peanut butter and carrots! Interesting! I have tried pb and sweet onion sandwich though and it sounds weird but is so dang good! Pb on one slice, butter on the other slice and sliced onion pieces in between. Mmmmm! Your videos are always so inspiring thank you! Gonna try that apple oat bake and I’ll have to try your carrot and on!!

I meal prep for sanity through the week- especially dinner (I get home late). The convenience of having things in the fridge stops me from processed junk- love it Faith!!!

My WHY is so I am not plagued by the stress and anxiety of not knowing what to make for my next lunch or family dinner when I don't have the time to spend in the kitchen. With 2 kids, the youngest being 6 months old, time is scarce and being as efficient as possible while not resorting to unhealthy options is key! Thank you for the inspiration!

I need to start to meal prep, even though I live alone, I stay pretty busy and eat to much vegan junk food that's quick. If I could get into the meal prep routine, my diet would be nutritionally beneficial and I'd feel better. I get tired and sluggish due to this imbalance in what I eat. Blessings upon you Faith and family ❤️

You're recipes are my Bible. I haven't been able to find anyone else who makes plant based foods that are realistic for busy mothers and young kids! Your channel has saved me so much stress!
