    I ate 4 raw eggs this morning. Nobody died. What is wrong with vegans? My friend’s hens lay so many eggs that they can’t eat them all, and I suppose we’re just supposed to let those eggs go bad for no reason at all?

    I beg you to take a nutrition class at your local community college. Also take a psychology class as being vegan is not a mental disorder in the DSM 5. Saying vegans have a mental disorder is just not true. So you’re not trained as a nutritionist or a psychologist and yet you are making medical claims? Pure Wild West days of YouTube. Not saying I am for what these folks you are critiquing are doing but people do not need to eat animals to get the balanced nutrition they need. The one exception is B-12 where most vegans do need a supplement. Some of the longest lived people on Earth eat a plant based diet so please stop with the misinformation. Read about these very healthy plant based centenarians in the Blue Zones. Better yet take a nutrition class. You talk about how you used to be into bodybuilding but have grown out of it. I admired you in that video. It’s also OK if you gave up veganism but please stop spreading bad information. If nutrition is your passion then study it seriously and become a registered dietician. If not please stop with these videos. You’re not helping anybody.

    I'm a vegetarian but…you should just cut to the chase and eat eggs if you're you're going that far to cook a vegan substitute. Same with meat. It makes sense to eat meat substitutes from time to time to me since they're simple and easy to cook, but if you're making hot dogs from carrots you might as well just eat an actual hot dog.

    For me eggs are superfood, I never get bored with them, runny egg yolk is the most delicious thing in the world, literally hits all the spots, explosion of flavours. Like.. I can't really afford the good quality meat on daily basis but eggs are just something I can't live without.

    The brainwashing is strong here, so strong to the point of justifying hours you will never get back, to have an "egg" trick your eyes, and your stomach rolls it's eyes and frustration as it attempts to digest more plastic and fake food. Oh dear.
