This may be useful (or not) info for anyone reading this comment regarding garlic paste (in jars or tubes) but they caused me terrible gut issues (I thought I had IBS). That also includes powdered garlic and onion, so i just use fresh now and no more issues. Thanks for the recipe though, will give it a try.

Nice recipe! I like the idea of cooking the rice in the I-Pot first and then sauteing the rest of the ingredients to warm everything up – will be sure to give this a try! Thanks for sharing π
Dr. Greger recently replayed an older video showing that, although it is high in salt, miso actually has the reverse effect on blood pressure. I was wondering if you had ever tried miso as a source of salt for flavouring your dishes? Thx.
