    I love that you cook soy and gluten free! It can be challenging to find quality VEGAN products free of both so I always end up creating all my food from scratch. This is very inspiring❤ I'm also curious about where you're from. The accent reveals itself sometimes lol

    Thank you for the gluten free recipe, however please note that store bought seitan as well as nearly every recipe on YouTube is made from wheat gluten and therefore is absolutely not gluten free. Also be careful to make sure any soy sauce used is actually gluten free (use tamari or liquid aminos).

    When is this channel going to blow up?! Love the recipes. I have a tip for you when you cut things for even portions like the dough, cut for a half, then cut the half of that half and so on until you have the size that you want. Your portions will be much easier to measure for even-ness

    I forgot to mention this is the video! Seitan is NOT gluten free but I decided to fill my gluten free wrappers with veggies and seitan. For those who are gluten sensitive pls don’t use the seitan but just fill the wrapper with veggies. Enjoy!
