    Store in the fridge for about 5 days

    Ingredients

    2 cups cashew nuts

    8 cups boiling water

    Preparation

    Cover 2 cups cashew nuts with 8 cups boiling water in large bowl. Cover with clean kitchen towel, and let stand 6 to 8 hours. Drain cashew nuts, then blend in blender with about 1/2 cup cold water for approximately 5 minutes, or until smooth like cream.
