My parents have a pressure cooker, though it's not an instant pot I think it their recipes should work for any pressure cooker?

a I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your pot! It is such a great appliance to have in the kitchen. A little tip for you: if when you take the lid off and your potatoes (or whatever) are not quite done, sometimes it's faster to put the pot on low and let it simmer until the food is to your liking. At least that is what I do.
