Thank you so much for making this informative video. I found it extremely helpful. I hope that would make a series of vegan cooking tips. That's been one of my challenges is knowing what seasons to use along with what produce works best to imitate certain dishes we ate before transitioning to veganism. Thanks again. 👏👏
Every tip has just made me excited about food again. I’m going to deep dive and make a grocery list! Thank you!
You're amazing!!!
I don't like mushrooms. The texture throws me and I had a bad experience as a kid. Where does someone like me start when it comes to mushrooms?
what sauce?
Thank you for sharing your cooking secrets with us!
Very good 😍
Awesome
I'm new to your channel but not new to the vegan lifestyle. I would like to say I love your teeth and I don't know if you are married or not but YOU have the umami factor!
Beautiful, loved this video. I'm always looking for more knowledge.
Love mushrooms I can eat them every day 😋😋😋
That recipe sounds ok 👌 but I don't trust vegetarians. I especially don't trust vegan people.
Re
wonderful cooking tips. You make returning to vegan life easy.
All thanks to Dr okosun on YouTube for curing me and my husband from herpes virus with his herbal product, search for Dr okosun on YouTube and get your healing
Thank you for the tips!
Super great tips I am transitioning now this really helps. Very simple too. Thank you 😊
You look so familiar. Atlanta? I don't use any oil, at all.I sautéed in either water or broth.
Have you opened any restaurants yet?!!!
Just found your channel and I already love you, and your approach to vegan cooking, not to mention you’re absolutely gorgeous. Thanks so much. I rely heavily on mushrooms but I haven’t ever tried many of the ones you identify. I agree with another commenter that you should do a video focusing on mushrooms. Thanks again from your new subscriber!
I’ve only ever used button and portobellas. You have given me the courage to try some others. I love the tips about umami too. Thanks for sharing your time with us.
Can you make any recommendations for people who can't eat tree nuts or mushrooms to get that meaty consistency and flavor?
A pox on the house of all who 👎🏾this dope ass video
I've never tried soy sauce on collard greens. I will have to try it. I normally make mines with shitaki mushrooms or portobello mushrooms and bell peppers. Then I season it with garlic powder, onion power, salt and smoked paprika. I feel like replacing the salt with soy sauce will make it even more flavorful. I can't wait to try it.
I'm sorry but the dress has been purchased from a store that sells shoes made from calfskin 🙁 I taught it must be a vegan store. Ty otherwise for this video. Peace!
I need you and Rainbow Plant Life to do a video together…Okur! I’ve been following both of you and love the different styles. I’m trying to get back to a more whole grains diet…and bring my family along. This is my summer experiment.
AWESOME VIDEO!
You're awesome sis. Thanks for the help in my dietary and lifestyle conversion journey. 🙂
I like your many choices. Thank you.
What do you suggest I use instead of mushrooms ido not like them.I enjoy your videos and thank you.
THIS. Brilliant! Thank you for sharing all this amazing knowledge, I can't wait to put it all into practice and enjoy plant based eating even more!
This is exactly what I've been looking for…the "HOW"…how to create certain flavors. Please do more videos like this one. For example, how to make leafy greens like kale etc taste less bitter, especially If your not a fan of the "earthy" flavor.
You sold me on the mushrooms love your channel. ❤️🎓🤗
You are GLOWING 🥰💞
Como guardas los hongos para que duren mas tiempo?
Wow- wonderful video! Thank you for sharing your TREASURY of knowledge with us; I am so excited to start incorporating these tips!
I love your content and your personality! Thank you for all your wonderful videos! ❤️
Thank you so much for this information!! Please tell me what type of toaster oven you have.
Generally, I am with you on your recipes, but the collard green recipe did not hit home for me. It just did not taste like the greens that I remember consuming. So I modified the recipe and added just one link of, Field Roast Spicy Mexican Chipotle, and sliced it into 1/2-3/4 inch pieces to give it just the kick I was seeking. For me, it was just what it needed and made such a huge difference. Try it and let me know what you think. IMO, Field Roast has hit the ball out of the park on their Spicy Mexican Chipotle. It is sooooo delicious and flavorful. Do you ever use Braggs Liquid Aminos? Instead of Soy sauce, I have used Liquid Aminos for roughly 40+ years primarily bc it supplies 8 amino acids that the body lacks. Keep up the great work, as you inspire me to become more creative in food preparation and I absolutely love revising all of my recipes and collecting yours. Thanks for the secrets, especially "umami". Bought a bottle of Umami from Trader Joe, but never used it.
Shalom Shalom.
Wonderful!
WONDERFUL tips and info! (My daughter doesn't like mushrooms/texture, either.) Thank you!
You are awesome! 🙂
Liquid smoke is amazing
