amazing desert! ππ½β€οΈ I didn't have any peaches at hand so I used pears, mangos and some frozen berries.. to be honest I used a little less vegan butter, but it turned out perfect. I love the consistency, and some oats really make the texture special.
Hi! I'm planning on using your recipe for a coworker's pot luck before Thanksgiving. One of my coworkers is vegan and I didn't want her to feel left out. Are steel cut oats ok to use or does it have to be rolled oats? I've never made cobbler before so I'm sorry if that's a dumb question π

Never been a peach-cake person but this looks SO SO good! My gosh, it looks incredibly flavourful, indulgent and comforting! The only issue I have is that I will have to wait for the temperatures to go down a tiny bit so as not to bake myself in the oven heat π Having said that, it DEFINITELY seems to be worth all the discomfort π
Also, you've persuaded me with the outro. And I am not running to the kitchen to make this only because it is 9pm when I am watching the video π
