This recipe was amazing! It was so worth the time and effort it took to make it. This will be going on our monthly rotation of meals and I'm planning on doubling it because I want leftovers. It was one of the most delicious vegan meals I've ever eaten. Everyone, including my non-vegan family members loved this! Thank you!

Can you make a recipe where you show how to make the masa corn tortillas and flour tortillas with a press? Also I cannot wait to make these, I laughed when I saw how many Chiles d'arbol you used in the salsa. Love spicy food but whoa!

Some tips to people who want to try it :

    Just do it lol
I will say when it comes to the cheese I’ve never like vegan cheese because of how soggy it gets so that’s on my part I had the vegan cashew cheese from Trader Joe’s … I would say explore the cheese you really want to try if it’s your first time using vegan cheese don’t try it with this dish but if you’re used to it it will still be extremely good and very filling .

I'm so thankful I have found your channel. My partners mother is from Mexico and she was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago. The disease is taking her eyesight. So I'm switching roles with her and am now in the kitchen. Currently I have an organic garden and love to juice for them. I'm taking the whole family off of meat and dairy. I want to make this transition as easy as possible so finding a channel that makes vegan Mexican food feels like a God send. Thank you!!! I hope I can help reverse her disease. Channels like this will help us get there. 💗🙏💗
