    If you are still in school and already eating only vegan, gluten free and nut free you will very probably not grow properly. Also gluten isn't bad for you (not very much, at least, though I doubt that it is very good for you), unless you are allergic or something.

    I love the ideas. There are other videos out there. I've been watching for awhile. But I cant believe the amounts of processed foods, food quantities, and toxic garbage in the foods she feeds her kids. Then she shows video of her kids. 3 of 4 are obese.

    Try tossing your grapes in some balsamic before roasting. It's AMAZING. (They also pair well with arugula and feta for a salad; add walnuts or pistachios if not nut-free for an extra crunch).
