What’s up guys!! The weather has been quite cold here in Mumbai & I guess in other parts of the country too & I couldn’t hold myself back to cook some hot & delicious Thukpa. Usually I cook many versions of it but since a lot of you guys wanted the vegetarian version, here it is! Enjoy the awesome mausam with this piping hot soup & do not forget to prep my momo chutney with it. Cheers

Restaurateurs from Nainital should watch this. They sell crap in the name of Thukpa. Please don't get offended but y'all stop maligning the image of Thukpa. Thukpa isn't just a dish, it's a feeling! 😁😁😁.
P.S – Really found this thukpa recipe the best till date by a non- Tibetan/nepali. Or else people make masala gravy in the name of thukpa broth. Also, chopped fried soy nuggets make a great topper garnish!
