    Ingredients

    Basmati Rice – 200 g
    Water
    Soak 30 minutes

    Oil – 3 Tbsp
    Ghee – 1 Tbsp
    Cumin – 1 Tsp
    Cinnamon – 1 Inch
    Star Anise – 1
    Cardamom Pods – 2
    Cloves – 3
    Cashew – 2 Tbsp
    Onion – 1 (medium size)
    Curry Leaves – 2
    Carrot – 1
    Potato – 1
    Green Peas – 1/4 Cup (soak overnight)
    Chilli – 5
    Mint Leaves – 2 Tbsp
    Garlic Cloves – 2 Tbsp
    Ginger – 1 Tbsp
    Meal Maker – 1/4 Cup
    Salt – 1 Tsp
    Coriander Seeds Powder – 1/2 Tsp

    Water (for 1 glass of rice – 1 full glass and 3/4 glass of water)
    Shajeera – 1/2 Tsp
    Bay Leaf – 1
    Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp

    Add boiling water
    Close the Lid and Cook on Low Flame until the total water evaporates (15 to 20 minutes)
