Alert: Fraud by Chef Keer: I had purchased a mixer grinder in August 2023 when it was newly launched. It is not working properly now. Initially it worked fine but now the utensil gets stuck very often. Now, yesterday it has completely stuck. It jammed and is not moving. Tried contacting the customer support. It says all our agents are busy every time. You are cheating the customers as we do not have any other option but to throw this in trash, in spite of this being in warranty. I have emailed the query along with a photo and video. You need to address your customers. Else don't sell products. You are scamming us. We are your fans and hence we trust the products you suggest but then this is what we get.
