Great Meal I had to do double take on price of chicken breasts, I just looked at local paper add 99cents a pound limit 3 lbs. Would you incorporate more flavor by sauteing chicken before cooking.

Leaving the chicken in the pressure cooker for 25 min after cooking…does that make it get overcooked? Would it be better to take it out after the 5 min? Just wondering since I don't have an Instant Pot.
