This is a good recipe but the camera work is so annoying! Why do they constantly show the woman but the food and what she is doing is cut off? The camera operator should go back to film school. The food which is the actual star of this clip should always be visible! Especially when she is actually doing something to the roast … you feel like you want to pull the screen down to show what is hidden!

I have made this for my birthday, all the guests loved it (and so did I)! Excellent recipe!
This recipe makes about 4 servings: for 20 people you need to multiply the ingredients x 5 and use about 5 kg of veal
