Hi Nili! I haven't watched this YET. But I have a question PLEASE. …So I've made pork roast, beef roast, and tonight I made Butter Chicken. I told you before I think that I cook alot like you. Same seasonings etc. But I'm fining all the meats are tasting alot a like. All the flavor is in the juice/gravy which is ok but am I the only one thinking the meats have no flavor? HELP!! Thanks!!😘❤❤❤❤

Such a great idea. I'm going to try that. Btw, are the Guittard chips actually vanilla flavored or are they white chocolate? I have the worst time melting white chocolate chips or disks. They won't melt in the microwave no matter how many times I zap them and it takes forever in a double boiler on the stove.

When you said if an Instantpot does not have the feature of raising or lowering the heat just to hit the Saute Button until you get to the heat one wants. What heat setting would I be looking for? I hope my question isn't confusing! Lol
