congrats! I like the idea of roasting the potatoes and carrots with the sausage! I usually always make mine with sliced white potatoes and cabbage with kielbasa. Congratulations on your baby boy I hope your delivery went well. I sent a gift through Amazon that should have arrived on May 7th. We went to church and out to lunch. My husband and I have two boys. One is a teenager, and the other is a young adult.
