Wow!! This looks delicious. I love the concept of a good casserole! Your clear presentation makes it look so easy I am definitely going to give this a try! Sweet tatties and marshmallows…..now that’s new. 🤔 Definitely a strange one. But I like all of those ingredients soooo….I’ll try it. We don't mash our sweet potatoes. This is different! I usually chop my sweet taters, steam, remove skins ofc… Then put in a dish, pour orange juice over them, then sprinkle brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Next top with marshmallows and chopped pecans. Then bake.
My family don’t put that many one just a sprinkle but we also don’t mash them we just leave them chunked

Excellent video and recipes Catlin but it says that there's 2 tasty 😋 vegan recipes so does that mean the 3rd recipe isn't tasty? I definitely would use the vegan marshmallows but would also like the crunchy topping version because as long it's vegan food I will eat it. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Catlin.
I'd be willing to try that gratin recipe. I never liked sweet potatoes with things like marshmallows or overly sweet things.
Loved this. I will be attempting my first vegan Thanksgiving this year. All my family members are carnivores. I have been on and off vegetarian for 10 years but never 100% committed like I am now. I switched from vegetarian to vegan in April and feel very strongly about it for various reasons. This video gave me great ideas for the big meal. Any others you can do will be greatly appreciated! Canadian here- I'm not aware of many people who eat sweet potato casserole for holidays, other than people with American family. We also had Thanksgiving last month but I'm always game for new sweet potato recipes 🙂
