Fruits are great – very health-promoting. But they’re 90-95% water. There’s not much fiber in there. The vegetables are much of the same but the heaviest-concentration of nutrients are in the vegetables. So the vegetables stay. If everything else is fruit, the colon isn’t being filled adequately to provide perfect bowel movement. The starch from potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, corn, etc is really best for filling up the cavity of the colon; then it can contract and provide an amazing stool.

This has been the concept that’s always keeps me going back to starches. I eat a few fruits per day. But any more than that leaves no room calorie-wise for the starches.

Fruit leaves the body too fast and leaves me hungry, eating all the time, leading to too many calories and eventual weight gain.

The only other way I’ve been able to do a raw diet is by bringing in too many avocados and nuts. Lead to weight gain.

Starches are important. People who want better stools and better digestion might consider swapping a few of their fruits for a delicious, powerful starch.

We have too many options when it comes to perfectly healthy food. Lots of combinations to test before having sufficient data to then make an informed decision.

God was too good to us 🙇🏻‍♂️

You know, I’m eating two ears of steamed corn I picked up at the Korean market while nabbing a couple crates of Hawaiian and Japanese sweet potatoes. This guy is making a lot of sense. I think I’m going to have a giant pile of steamed broccoli and purple cabbage for dinner, followed by a red dragonfruit for dessert.

I don’t understand why most people don’t make eating clean and well the top priority of their life.

We’re at war with the food companies and the doctors’ procedures and potions. They have all the power, money, influence, and all the tricks of their respective trades.

Our only effective weapon is our daily choice of what goes in our mouths. That’s all we got. Just that ONE THING.

We’re at war. I don’t lay down my weapons. Never have. Never will 👊🏼
