I have a question I just bought mine and would love to make beef stew. Do I have to do anything in specific to the valve before I start cooking or just open the instant pot put everything in there close it and then pressure cook for 35 minutes? And then once the 35 minutes are up I know the pressure has to be release so what do I do? How do I release the pressure from it or does it do it on its own. I'm so confused.
