    This recipe is fantastic, but am I the only one who felt that it's a waste for those eggy liquid to stick on the plate while flipping? And who wants to wash an extra plate??? So, I slide out the finished side onto the plate first, then put my pan over the plate and flip that uncooked part back in. Yes, just doing the opposite, but now we have saved the eggs and plate!! 🥳

    I like to add 2 cloves of chopped garlic , some coriander leaves, black pepper and cheese of any kind ! Its just so much better and great flavor . The aroma of garlic makes it so appetizing
    Than this bland abomination of 3 ingredients !

    Where is the written recipe? Specifically, I'm looking for how much potato I should be using. At 1:40, Omar says "sort of like 3 potatoes," but potatoes come in many sizes so I'd like to know a more precise measurement, if possible.
