    Amanda,
I just wanted to say thank you for content that is always positive, upbeat, appreciative of the small things, and fun. It really is a bright spot in my day during such troubling times. God bless!

Thank you for posting! Every recipe I have told me to put the drippings/broth before the starch! I kept wondering why it always came out lumpy!
I will be trying this for Thanksgiving…but will keep a jar of the store bought stuff, just in case I mess it up.
    Thank you for posting!

I have switched to corn starch for everything except my sausage and gravy that I make and put over biscuits for either breakfast or supper. I love your measuring cup-mine is only two cup-think I have another practical item to put on my Christmas list. Thanks for sharing-trying to get caught up with videos and get things done around the house. i sit down to take my rest periods and that is when I get to watch-love your chanel and just wanted to say thank you again for all you and your families hard work in sharing with is.

Thank you so much, Amanda!! That is the one thing that I can’t make. But what if you don’t have pan drippings what could I use? Chicken broth?? I don’t have Facebook so I miss out on so much of the good stuff y’all do. Thanks so much!! Blessings 💗💗

We do gluten free thanks giving for my daughter. I do the same way but usually use the gluten free flour. If I do cornstarch I do the slurry method. Haven't tried making a roux with corn starch before. Learned something new!

This is how my family cooks every day. Lol I was just thinking how easy, fun, and cheap pan gravy and some other home cooked foods are, and how chefs on TV and in expensive restaurants charge so much for this simple, economical food that we eat daily! Lol
