Well that looks simply amazing! Now I’m craving macaroni salad. Those beef ribs look so delicious. Oh and we use to butter our corn on the cob the exact same way when I was a youngster. Then we kids argued over who would get to eat the piece of bread! Lol! Great memories there! Oh and I do use the egg cutter often! Thanks so much for that gift. I appreciate you my friend. Thanks for sharing with us . God bless you Nessa. ❤️🙏

Mmmmmmm, Those beef cuts looked really good and cooked up nicely in the instant pot. I think that cut comes from the chuck roll of the primal cut of the beef not really a rib but that's what they want to call it anyway, similar to what they call a pork country rib not really a rib but cut off the pork loin. But what the heck they all taste good. I'm sure Mark will enjoy his lunches with those. Take care and stay safe. 68 and sunny here today. Ahhh, paradise !!!

Yum, yum, Nessa. I've never had beef ribs before. We put liquid butter on a paper shop towel when we had corn in the factory. Then we'd each have a towel to roll our corn in. Good times. Thanks for sharing your delicious meal with us.

I may be one of the few who does not now nor ever have owned an instant pot. Out of my budget. So slow cooker or regular oven for me. But everything looks and sounds delicious. Thanks for new ideas Nessa. Blessing from my house to yours. 💛 My idea of excellent bbq is Muffords Bar-b-que in Victoria Texas. Best Brisket, ribs and sausage in the state. ♥️

That’s how we butter our corn!!! I also do ribs in the IP, then broil with Sweet baby Rays in oven because we don’t have that glorious combi. As for the ribs, chuck or brisket I believe. If I’m understanding your question. You can buy the brisket and cut the ribs. I’m an all in on your Mac salad! Right down to the miracle whip! I’m on both sides as far as eating lol warm or cold, HA❤

That looks sooo good. I see people were saying stuff about BBQ but unless you are a griller (I am not also) you can still have the love of BBQ sauce and make "BBQ" without having grilling knowledge. I am right there with you Sista sweet baby rays makes it all better right?

Living in Memphis, there are those who would question it being BBQ. (They are pork, low and slow over charcoal kinda folks down here.) My parents are Hoosiers, so a BBQ IS(!) Hamburgers and hot dogs with mac salad in the backyard. 😂
