Great video bro! I wonโ€™t say Iโ€™m healed because itโ€™s only been 2 months but no blood in my stool for almost a full month , pretty well formed stool. Zero urgency eating pretty much what I want still following a pretty strict diet tho. Fermented veggies and raw milk and I do the 20-24 hour yogurt daily with raw honey as well. And Iโ€™ve been in the gym every day for the past month. All seems to be going well bro. Still on meds tho hoping to get off them real soon I have about 2 more weeks of the prednisone before I can officially get off it. Just wanted to thank ya you really got me going with the fermented veggies and raw milk. Once Iโ€™m off the meds it will really be the telling factor for me. Doctor wants to put me on more meds tho when Iโ€™m doing better. Funny how they work. Lol.

Hey Kenny (or anyone else who might have an answer).

Does adding frozen fruit to kefir kill off some of the probiotics in the kefir/ make it less potent?

Hi kenny, i saw that at 2:06 the milk you used is a Jersey farm milk. Did you especially look for this type of milk (A2) ?
my diet is exactly based of the boot camp videos that you made, but every time i use kefir (from regular raw milk A1) instead of R.O water my symptoms got worse !
So i wonder if you could tell why you picked a Jersey cow's milk, was it for the A2 like Jordan Rubin's advice… ?

Hey Kenny! I hope you can answer. In your healing phase, when did you start incorporating raw milk and kefir into your diet because I want to follow your boot camp but I have no idea if I can tolerate as I am currently in a bad flare. Iโ€™m not aware if I have infection of anything else because I do not have a doctor at the moment to do tests. I have Crohnโ€™s though and Iโ€™m bleeding a lot with no form whatsoever in my stool. I really want to buy raw milk somehow (still need to find a source) because you use it in your smoothies and I hear it can be a miracle worker. Also, if the only milk I can find in stores are the fast chilled raw milk, how can I make it potent again because if Iโ€™m correct fast chilled kills off the probiotics and stuff.

A lot of people are on medications that have caused them to be dependent die to there own reasons…. In today's life almost everyone is on some type of medication that will probably kill them if they get off of. It's sad and I've worked in the medical industry for years with kids and adults so what do those people do?

I pretty much follow this except I don't eat sugar. I'm on the keto diet. I started seeing results on like day 3. Mangoes, blueberries etc are good but not while healing. Sugar causes inflammation.

Hey Kenny,do you take digestive enzymes with your meat and potatoes meal, because according to food combining rules you should not mix protein and starchy foods?

And when is the best time to drink the kefir during dinner, before or after the meal,i see you drinking it after the meal, that's why i asked.
    Thanks.
