Can i use oven instead?
Ginawa ko ito ng una at sinunod lahat ang sukat pati procedure ang kinalabasan dry ang cake. Ginawa ko uli.. ganon parin dry uli. Pang tatlong gawa binawasan ko ang time (sabi dito i- steam ng 45 minutes in med-heat). Ginawa ko lang ng 30 minutes in low heat. After steaming and put it in room temperature, hinati ko in half ang cake at binasa ko ng konting milk. Kinalabasan… moist ang cake at hindi dry. Im so happy I did that.
