The lunch platter did actually look good. Sometimes I like a giant salad or some veggie dish. But, by the time dinner rolled around, I was repelled by the thought of how she could stuff any more vegetable matter down her gullet. Too much food! I couldn't imagine eating like that all day, every day. P.S. her hair looks thinning and lacks luster. Looks totally diet related (or maybe thyroid too).

I am not really a proponent of the vegan diet. Like not at all! I am doing keto myself. But I talked with one woman who said she has been vegan for three years , occasionally eating fish and eggs n some stuff. She is 30 and some tests showed that her body is biologically 15 years old. Well she realy looks very very good and looking healthy.Maybe there is some truth of that some people benefit from veganism. I don’t kno. But me personally, I don’t even concider that craziness cus don’t want to be bloated 24/7 and keto absolutely cured my bloated feeling.
