i made this but cut the chicken breasts in half lengthways so they were thinner and instead of cooking in the oven i put them back in with the sauce, popped a lid on and hey presto, delicious dinner….and saved on washing up

Fantastic recipe and meal. Didn't have sun dried tomatoes so substituted them with oven roasted cherry tomatoes, a jar or roasted peppers in oil and sundried tomato paste. Served with boiled baby potatoes and butter. Wife said every bit of the meal was delicious !!. Your presentation and recipe choice is wonderful Thanks !

Cooked this tonight for a friend and myself(she said it was delicious). I modified it slightly by adding button chestnut mushrooms and fresh basil. It was very moorish)

Just cooked this yesterday, um to be honest it was too bland and rich for my liking and everyone in my family also didn't enjoy it as much, so I spiced it up with some chillies, cinnamon powder and some Indian spices and my family really enjoyed it today.
