Espresso, water, and what?
Maybe it is just me with mangled science knowledge…but I'm doubting it can get that creamy fluffy, with just water & using mixer. It usually can't be that creamy fluffy until you have eggs, milk and/or cream added in, can it?
basically dalgona?
Ok, now I need to try this!
Can you use brown sugar?
Thanks for sharing sweetie. I'm definitely gonna try that right now. That could be nice to put in top of hot coffee. β

Errβ¦okay. I like the recipe and was pumped to try it but, well. Am I the only one who found the dry measures unhelpful? I mean, who weighs their coffee, right? How much is 10 grams of coffee?

Dalgona
Whisking over a bowl of ice water helps just like when whipping cream

interesting but unhealthy because of too much sugar
Thank you
In the video the amount of sugar seems to be the same of the coffee. Maybe 10 g each one… 75 g might be a mistake!
This is such a delightful treat and splendid idea!
Delicious
75 g of sugar?!! No thank you but no

I know what's for dessert tonight for sure. Thanks so much.
Didn't work for me.
Finished up with a cup of cold coffee. π
Kind heart to share something so simple yet best.

Amazing
This is ridiculously easy…used Erythritol, sparkling water, instant coffee and a splash of vodka though I think whiskey/brandy would work better.
Yes and that is called dalgona coffee in South Korea.
I made sooooo many of these dealing with the pandemic lock down for my family …I made smoothie drinks with mixing my coffee cream and chocolate ….Folgers coffee is the best for this recipe….It only takes a few minutes and your blender ….
