    If you are a vegetarian replace the meat with scrambled eggs !! Don’t do it omelet style tho ! Just your something to make it like small bits of eggs…. you know what I mean ?? They taste just as amazing. Maybe even better !!!
    If you are a vegan, just add some firm tofu or Tempe!!! Just as delicious and healthy 😌💙❤️🔥

    I just made this tonight and it was so delicious. Instead of spaghetti squash I used Skinny Pasta which is made from thee Konjac Powder so it was still low carb. My husband even loved it. I will make this again. I love your channel

    I made this recipe last night and it was amazing, it’s so healthy and definitely a great meal on a cold day.
