This is the ultimate comfort food. If you've ever had that gravy on that bread you would know the taste. This does bring back good memories. It's time I passed down some recipes.
Found this aluminum roaster on Amazon. May not be as heavy and quality as yours but it’ll have to do. It’s called a Cajun roaster. A couple companies make it but originated in Norleans. I watch all your videos. Any substitute for a Dutch oven? I’m getting old and they’re so heavy.

What a delicious meal 😊 That gravy is perfect! I wish we could get turkey parts or even chicken wings in N. De., we are short on alot of items the last few years. We eat only poultry and seafood, but I never run out of recipes 😊 I could make this with chicken legs, must follow the supply chain….lol…… ty 💯👍
