    I like to toast my corn tortillas in coconut or vegetable oil to help make them pliable and their texture in the end is better than plain tortillas. Try it! I'm going to have to try your sauce recipe! I've never not used a tomato or tomatillo base before! I have canned salsa verde in my pantry that I made with my garden tomatillos, peppers, and tomatoes 🙂
