Great video! I have never seen bread bowls for shepherd's pie, but it's a great idea. Thanks for the tips on how to cut the "bowl" into the bread. I feel like it's something that if done right, turns out great–but if done wrong, it could destroy the dish.
I have never worked with button mushrooms, but I will have to give them a try.
