Always adore you. I hate gas stoves, for a few reasons, mine cooks too hot. I can't just simmer things, let alone just keep warm, like I could on my electric. Rambling, sorry. Not really inline with cooking videos but I'd love to see you do a clean up of the stovetop. I feel on gas stoves, I have to completely take off all the grates and wipe them down, and then the stove top. Electric is so much easier to wipe down. No disassembly required.

This looks good but it's not really a casserole, is it? It's more of a pasta dish since it isn't baked in a casserole dish with some sort of crunchy topping like Ritz crackers, potato chips or French fried onions.

So happy to see and hear you! Was looking for you last week, and wondering where you were. You are part of my YouTube family . If that doesn't sound too creepy and or needy. You are always a most welcome guest!!

Growing up, our tuna casserole was melted Velveeta Cheese, mixed with a can of peas, a can of tuna….then served over mashed potatoes! I loved it!

I would put the oil in the can of tuna into the sauce. I always do that w/ my tuna casserole/noodles — whatever one calls it. It tastes delicious to me! I also put frozen peas in it, and instead of broth use whole milk as to make straightforwardly a basic Béchamel, for a retro taste. NO cheese. But a bit of thyme and/or rosemary does magic!
