The scenery is beautiful! Hope your knees get better soon. I had a meniscal tear years ago, had that fixed. Years later, I had to have both of them replaced due to bone-on-bone issues.

Congratulations Anita, that’s awesome that you keep losing weight, I agree with you about the idea weight, my should be 115 pounds, at 72 years old that’s is too low as far as I’m concerned. Love Kevin and Alice💕

Some of those ideal weight charts are ridiculous. When I was 123, I was like a sack of bones all protruding out, ribs jutting, colar bones, pointy elbows, sunken belly – I will never want to get that low again. I'm 5 foot 4 inches. I'm 143 but I'd rather be in the 130s but I don't ever want to be back in the 120s! I'm looking forward to the 10/15 show – I hope they have tips for all of us on getting a couple of pounds off!

I can't wait to see the upcoming videos and interviews for October. I'm currently doing a walk challenge for October, at least a 30 minute walk every day. Maybe I'll add squats. We'll see!

Do you have plans to modify your food during October or is your goal to simply track protein of 150g? I find mysel getting stressed about counting total calories and fat trying to stay within the PSMF macro day's. I seem comfortable to track enough protein (130 g), but thing's seem overwhelming when I try to determine if that will also keep me under the total recommend calorie intake. I limit the fat, but seem to lose track when also keeping the total calories in check.

Sept. was a good month for me as well. I had a goal to lose 10 pounds and I was successful. Now that the weather is cooling I can start walking and exercise. I'm going to start the slow burn exercise concept. What a beautiful park. I'm in full re-fit of my sailboat. Dr. Chaffe said we are designed to live to 120-130 and I'm leading the charge to get there!! I'm very serious about this and carnivore can get me there.

Such GREAT news to finally be moving again after Your stall!!
SO happy to rejoice with You on such a triumph!!
But keeping careful stock & having thanksgiving for all those NSV is vital to having more scale victories I think.
You have great courage & fortitude dear Anita!
You are a shining role model for us; gracious to Yourself & others when things aren't perfect!
    YOU ROCK AMAZING LADY!!

You are doing so well. I was 315lbs and got down to 127lbs and the skin was something else. And I sported flapjacks. Remember that you may have 10-30lbs of excess skin that accounts for numbers on the scale
