I am new to the all meat meal planning and struggling a little with just eating meat. I’m a gardener and overall really enjoy vegetables so when I fall off the meat wagon is when I’m eating vegetables.. but only been doing the diet for a month and it’s been getting a little easier may be the variety of meats will help. Thank you so much for the great idea.

Loved taking a walk with you by the sea. I miss the ocean so much, am living in the mountains of NC which are beautiful too. My dream location is with the mountains to my back and the sea to my front.

Awesome plan for the shorts! I am a stroke warrior so modifying exercises is imperative! Seeing how people modify exercises for themselves helps me figure out what to do for myself as a 100% abled body exerciser doesn’t help me. Seriously, an exercise modifier keeps me motivated to figure out a way. So thank you bunches for stepping up to this challenge. I am a HUGE fan❤️

It is me the fractured femur stem teriffic idea. My house looks like a workout place. I have the bands a table that bends and adjusts. I probably am gaining bc am high protein. The titanium insert weighs 5 lbs. I do therapy one day a week do weight resistance and walk on my cane at least four miles a day. I have been doing three high protein meals the last very small just to spread out protein intake. All this is just a disciplined life food and exercise. My goal is improving DEXA and build muscle that makes my bones healthy.

Wow, you said Jane Fonda, and that took me back. I don't remember the record though. I think the shorts idea for different exercises is fantastic Anita. You are so right about the need that's out there for people that aren't young with muscles to see how they can do some exercise.

I rarely hear you talk about drinking water (at least as I remember). Do you monitor your water intake or just drink when you feel thirsty? You are just doing phenomenally!

Not a fan of Fonda, sorry. I wouldn’t give her a penny or a second of my time. 😡 and yes I’m that old. I would rather exercise with Richard Simmons. Funny but he called me for support after I met him one evening. I hope he realizes now low fat is not the answer.

I like to have a variety of meats/seafood at one meal, too. When I cook I always have leftovers, which get combined during future meals. If I make a soup, that usually gets quite a mixture of things put in it as well.

What about doing a collaboration with Kevin, do he and Alice live closer to your old home or new home? If you could do a collaboration then he could explain proper body mechanics and which exercises to do, and you wouldn’t be in the video by yourself.

There are tons of videos on YouTube for all ages and fitness levels. I’m assuming people have already searched for those and mainly just want to follow along with you exercising. Is that what people are saying to you, do they just not know how to search for the YouTube videos?

Backing up to Rumble is a smart move……god forbid all your amazing history gets lost or Shadow banned. I’m in a bit of a financial bind with my rent going up so have had to drop my memberships, but as I adjust and give a few things up, I will be back on board…..you are still my most relatable Podcast & yes I had Jane Fonda Video Cassette lol😊❤❤
