Your videos are,NOT too long. If someone doesn't want to listen all the way they can turn it off, fast forward or save it for another time. Honestly people, stop the negativity. Anita is here to help, support and inform. Be nice, please.

I lost 160lbs over 2 years on a combo of Keto and IF. I stalled for a few months so switched to Carnivore to lose my last 30 lbs. I have gained 20lb over the last 10 months on the 20% protein, 80% fat Carnivore. So frusterated. Now outta nowhere my BP has been running really high which is not normal for me. Even have added electrolytes and still having that issue. Thinking I am going to have to lower fats and go higher on protein.

I saw your protein sparing bread recipe from 1 year ago. I did not see you add egg yolk powder at the end/before you bake. Anyone feel free to comment. I am going to try the recipe again as I don’t like the eraser tester of Nili recipe. Thanks

Hi! I found your channel last night and immediately subscribed.

You have no idea what a wealth of knowledge you are, with a manner that feels like family!

I've started high fat carnivore and am just not a good or creative cook, have no clue on cuts of meat, etc. You are my expert! Thank you so much! ♥️

    PLEASE don't talk less!

There are so many variables among individuals that explain why carnivore is not a one-style-fits-all way of eating. Some of us just need to make adjustments. Nothing wrong with that. And by the way, when I used to watch my husband chow down on fat and on sardines, I never dreamed I would one day enjoy eating the same!

I'm a new follower and am finding your videos helpful. Would you say you are a keto dieter, or now carnivore? I lost 40 pounds on keto but goofed up, got lazy and have gained most of it back. I'm now looking into the carnivore diet, I am 62 years old. I'm just wondering which diet you believe is more effective? Which one you prefer, and which one you feel is preferable for a woman my age? Thanks!

That was lovely. My Dad used to eat kippers. I wonder if they are high fat. My Dad used to eat bread and dripping. I had a much older Dad. It's amazing that years ago people didn't have a fear of fat. I really like your videos Annette. You are so lovely. I honestly mean it. Please don't listen to those negative people. You are really cherished in our community. Please remember that!! I just ate a t-bone steak with butter. I think I may be one of those people on carnivore that can eat till they are satiated and be in ketosis. I don't checks my ketones very often, but when I do I'm moderately high in ketones (the urine strips – I forget the numbers). I'm not super strict, I'm trying to concentrate on healing.

Anita would you ever do a video on all your weight loss, your journey on keto? You are so amazing. Thank you for all the recipes and your encouragement and your sweet and kind nature. ❤💕

I pay 12.50 a pound for my beef trimmings. I live in Israel and most of the beef is imported. It's really difficult to do carnivore if you are on a budget.

If the salmon is not wild catch then is not high in omega 3 , it is high in omega 6. Where I live, I have to pay 35 euros per kilo for wild catch salmon. For the farm salmon is about 15 to 18 euros per kilo.

I am getting a Eastern European vibe from you. It may interest you the preserving pork belly and pork back fat with salt. It’s very delicious, Ukrainian salo, and I believe that dr Clemens in Budapest is using it in her clinic. My point is that there is a lot of fat wastage from frying the fats, while with salo is none.

Rubbish, just Rubbish.. those who complain of the length of your videos need to just keep that foolishness to themselves! You are such a doll and I so appreciate getting these video notifications.. it truly is like chatting with a friend ❣ Anita, I also took Kelly's December coaching group – she's such an encourager! I signed up for February as well. Looking forward to it! We also have another item in common.. I did no dairy January as well..only butter. I see the difference already, on the scale! Please keep being you, kind friend. I appreciate the way you share, the way you test things out on yourself and the way you report back. It's a blessing to this online community!! And remember to shut those nay sayers down. 😉

Your sardine bites I tried because I'm not a fan of sardines. The smell and taste gets me everytime. We tried your recipe and my teenage ate them with me. So that will be how we get them .. thanks
