    Congratulations! August was a big win for you. Anita these talks are so helpful due to your thorough, honest analysis and introspection. I am also a slow looser and can’t get my glucose below 100. Started Keto right before the lockdowns began. (So no weight gain. 👍🏻) lost 40 lbs right away, have 40 to go but feel I have lost my way. I’m not straying from keto but after listening to you today I suspect I’m not being honest with myself about how much I’m eating. Thank you for taking us with you on this journey.

    Another helpful video! I am still in the throes of nut addiction. I'll have to give serious thought to September challenges. I'll return home on Sunday 4th, so can start Challenge on Monday. I will probably need to increase fasting to lose weight. Usually 2-3x/week for 24 hours. I'll eat breakfast, then eat again the next day. Eating only midday (OMAD) doesn't work for me. Dr Fung is remarkable, his Diabetes Code guided me to reversing over 10 years medicated Diabetes. I'm not much of a food budgeter – but I never spend much either, no processed foods, eating out rarely, etc. My biggest splurge is the protein bread ingrds, and no way am I giving that up!

    You are an inspiration. Constantly looking at what works and what doesn't. My September commitment; not weighing myself, no sweeteners, limited dairy and 36 hr fasting every 4th day. We can do it!

    I learned, that every time you eat something, the rule of thumb is, it takes 4 hours before you start burning fat again. So maybe the 'no snacking' will possibly help 😊
    I saved money going carnivore. I have as good as zero food waste. All those small extras, that I end up throwing out, half used, was a real extra expense!

    Finally losing weight again after being on keto for several years. I had to start excerising. Are you increasing excerise or steps during the month? I have been doing aqua zumba and a row machine twice a week while trying to get 6k steps per day. I am bad about eating too much as well . Going to portion control all my food, especially nuts. I will try to log my food daily too.

    Hi Anita m, I am on carnivore diet and feeling very lethargic and fatigued. I am also trying to increase the pork or beef fat by frying to crispy in the frying pan but is revolting, can eat it

    Sept will be no snacking for me too. Plus my intermittent fasting comes and goes. I’ll do it! I do like my sweets. I’ll eat my keto sweet with my meal.
