Thank you for reviewing this chopper, Bev! My peppers and okra are coming in now, and I was poised to buy a Chop Wizard. So glad I got this one instead! The last time I harvested green peppers, I had chopped about 12 of them and set them on the dehydrator – it took for what seemed like forever! Today, I used my new Sedhoom for the first time, and chopped 12 green peppers and three large onions in about 15 – 20 minutes from start to finish (this includes all the prep -top, tail, peel, seed, size)! So I now have 4 trays of bell peppers and two of onions dehydrating away! Oh, and an 11 qt stock pot full of tomato puree that I'm rendering down some and fixin' to can! Happy Saturday!
I been watching your vedios forever. I love them, and your husband always giving you the thumbs up. My husband loved your recipes. He passed away June 1st. He use to give your recipes a thumbs up too.

I bought mine after I saw your first one. The one I could buy has the two cube blades and the slicing blade as well. I really have used it quite a lot as of late! God Bless PS I rang the bell this past Wednesday. I have finished the Chemotherapy. Now on to radiation.
One of my favorite toys of the kitchen . . . I have put them to the true & tried testing of a product especially during canning season . . . In past 10 yrs only went through 2 of them.
