Hi meimei, try holding the packet from one end and shake them so that the sauces all go to one end. Cut the end u were holding. Works on other kind of packets not sure about this gooey one.

Nice ! Curious, which Costco((s) you find to have the best selection for Asian goodies ? I live in the midwest and some Costco's are better stocked with Asian stuff than others… Very inconsistent.

The Tom Yum soup is one of the best things I’ve gotten at Costco in awhile, I could eat it everyday. I added coconut milk to it to make it creamy. I agree with most of your assessments. Try the ribs, and agree there was a weird spice taste and when the ribs cooled it tasted chalky, would not buy again and kind of costly. The pad Thai I still have a lot in pantry, good for a quick lunch won’t buy again. The soup dumplings love have bought them several times. I dip mine in soy and chili sauce.

For IndoMei, drop the seasoning packets into the cooking noodles for like 10 seconds to loosen up the ingredients, then pull them out with chopsticks. Then squeeze all contents to the bottom of the packet and cut the top, holding the packets upright so they don't spill out. Then quickly squeeze out seasoning into a bowl.

As someone of indonesian descent, it's actually so nice to see Indo food stuff becoming more accessible. Hopefully someday these stores will start to carry indofoods sambal so i dont have to keep asking my mom to bring it back when she goes home 😂
